Applications for the 2010 market have now opened. Prospective stallholders are invited to visit the Stallholders page for important information and to download an application form.

Fine crisp dry weather ensured that the 11th annual North Shields Victorian Christmas Market, held over the weekend of 12-13th December, was rated 'best yet' by stallholders and visitors alike. Over ninety stalls selling everything from foodstuffs to holly wreaths did a roaring trade all weekend and the market was so busy on the Saturday that the Hog Roast sold out by 2pm!
As well as the stalls, a wide range of entertainment kept the crowds happy. If you missed the market, check out our Gallery pages for a glimpse of what you missed - and put the dates for 2010 in your diary now! - December 11th - 12th 2010.
Stallholders' upate

Prospective stallholders for the 2009 market should note that we can NO LONGER accept applications from stallholders selling jewellery as we now have sufficient stalls of this kind. All other types of stall are still welcome to apply as we do still (as at end of August) have some places available.
